Apollo Bay Waterfront Motor Inn

We had a great stay at the Waterfront motor inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located right in the center of town, yet it’s also very quiet, so we were able to rest well. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely come back again!

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the best nearby places to eat, all of which were within walking distance, making it easy to find great food. Right opposite of the motor inn is a beautiful beach with an amazing view. It is a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway.

I booked the Garden view 2 bedroom unit. Actually, there is no garden view.

The room is clean and comes with heated bed. Location is good, lots of food options nearby. Check in check out is fast and easy. Good place to stop for a night on Great Ocean Road.

Great location at the heart of Apollo Bay, just a short walk to the stretch of restaurants and shops (including a supermarket) along the main street. Plenty of parking for guests. Room is large, clean, spacious and comfortable, with plates, bowls and cutleries provided for meals. The toiletries provided like shampoo and body wash look nice and good quality. Room looks like it’s been refurbished recently, seems more modern than another motor inn I stayed at along the Great Ocean Road. The place is manned by an elderly couple, who look like they take pride in providing a good stay for guests. The only downside of our stay was a constant whirring sound that seemed to come from the aircon compressor or motor, which became more apparent at night.
