We encourage you to make the most of your stay by taking advantage of its well-equipped kitchen and engaging entertainment spaces. We offer a small variety of complimentary coffee, refreshments and treats from our favorite local purveyors.SevenTwenty is safe and secure. The front and back doors feature keyless entry locks and you will find other safety features incorporated throughout. We've taken the liberty of clearly labeling safety features(first aid kit, fire extinguishers, safe) and other things to ensure your stay is as convenient and worry free as possible. SevenTwenty has three bedrooms with four beds and a futon, two full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps eight with the capacity for 10. TVs in each room as well as the main living room are paired with streaming devices providing guests with free access to Netflix, Sling (live TV) and AppleTV. Along with a solid wi-fi signal you'll discover many USB equipped outlets throughout and a dedicated charging station in the kitchen. We provide a pack-and-play for those traveling with small children. Straight ahead is our full kitchen and dining area including a large cast iron sink, gas stove and oven, overhead microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker (and coffee from one of our favorite local coffee shops!); all for use when inside. Our place also includes dishes/silverware and cookware to make meals during your stay.Off the kitchen/foyer are two large sitting rooms decorated in their own unique vintage style. We love collecting amazing mid-century pieces and both of these rooms show that love. The plush velvet sectional is perfect for lounging while listening to vinyl on console record player!Upstairs are the three bedrooms, each designed to be comfortable and relaxing. Our full size bathroom boasts the original clawfoot tub, perfect for a soak - that will actually fit your entire body!Please note that as this is located in a historic part of the city there is limited parking.
