Lotus Sutra

Rooms need a desperate uplift. Food was very average. Staff is helpful and polite. We lived in a "Premium Luxury Pool View" room. Spacious room with a balcony but it needs a uplift for sure. The rooms are average and nothing special, considering the price we're actually paying. I was disappointed with the quality of the room after paying 6k/night. The USP of the property is the location only.

Nice hotel, good staff , food is ok. Location is next to Arambol beach. Room was neat and clean. Swimming pool is too good. I will recommend it for Arambol beach stay.Room services are quick and fast. It's full of greenery. Restaurant view is good,beach facing

Our room was having cockroaches which my son was afraid of. Also the arrogance at the reception is too much and intolerable. Though the staff were helpful they seems to be lacked in training. Altogether not a good stay. Did not like the ambience also

The stars of the hotel - Madhuri and Titus - were extremely friendly, loveable and courteous. You guys did a splendid job in making our stay in Goa worthwhile. Talking about the hotel - yeah good stuff! The cleaning the look and feel and the ambience were amazing. The café/restaurant the hotel had was average. Would never recommend you to book the hotel with breakfast. Not worthwhile. Overall an appending experience. Thank you!

Very bad resort. I stayed 2 days in white wood resort and 2 days in Lotus sutra resort. Both are 3 star resorts but I consider "white wood resort" was the great and worth of money. But "Lotus sutra resort" brought me a very uncomfortable stay even from the check in time itself.. ** I guess the Front office guy "Sudeep" who thinks owner of this resort.. .because he was not professional and very bad attitude guy who is sitting in front office. Not sure how he got selected in this role. He not even welcoming guests with warm notes/smile rather he is looking at the monitor and asking boliey in hindi..and not even approachable. Even I directly gave feedback to him to smile and welcome pleasantly your guests but inspite he looked the monitor in Hindi Boliye which was unprofessional. I asked him to recharge dish which was disconnected he said will do immediately but till next day morning nothing happened. I again reminded another lady receptionist and she resolved immediately. Morning breakfast was horrible. We found hairy and small cockroaches on the bread and kichadi. I immediately informed to the restaurant supervisor. I made a complaint to front offfice lady but she said it's outsourced to another vendor so they are not responsible for that. So annoying Maintenance of the cottage is very poor. When we checked in time around 10 guys were drinking alcohol in the pool itself and making noise and drunk. We got room infront of the pool which is very uncomfortable. It was 8pm even they did not close the pool after I informed sudeep went to leave the pool. Overall very bad experience and never recommend to families. Only good think is nearby beach in which you can have a walk on the seashore side.

The breakfast was the worst part. Not many options, although they had more options on extra payment which was very unprofessional and the quality of food also poor. Nice clean rooms with good staff and nice location right on the beach. Below average swimming pool.
