I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, especially the tree house, the pool, and playing with the sheep. She also had a fantastic time at the playground and with Waffles, the property cat, which made her stay even more special. Cristian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. I can confidently say that this will be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Pucon. Highly recommended!

Excellent cabins in gated area in the perfect location with beautiful view of Villarica Volcano from your porch. Cabins are very clean, spacy, and well-equipped. This property isn't attended, when you park your car in front of the closed gate (left), please pay attention to the bell/intercom at the right gate. If you don't speak Spanish, translate app is a must. Thank you Cristián!

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, mucho más de lo que imaginamos, perfectamente equipadas, ordenadas y muy muy limpias. La atención es maravillosa, nos atendieron demasiado bien, muy preocupados de todo, personas muy cálidas que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sus servicios son excelentes. Estamos muy felices y agradecidos de toda la estadía, es un servicio completo y de alto nivel.

Precioso lugar. Los dueños muy atentos y siempre respondieron cualquier consulta. Prepararon una tarde de marshmallow para todos los visitantes. Fue un momento muy lindo. La pileta esta siempre limpia y preparada. El desayuno siempre fue abundante. Tienen corderitos paseando x el parque y juegos para niños. Un lugar hermoso y cerca de todos los lugares para recorrer.

Un descanso inigualable! La tranquilidad de estar inmerso en la naturaleza, calma y hermosa. Al lado de un bosque encantado, lleno de energía positiva. Toda mi familia quedó feliz, juegos infantiles , piscina al aire libre y climatizada . Las instalaciones son de primer nivel , las cabañas muy acogedoras y cuentan con todo para una perfecta estadía, la piscina temperada te invita a relajarte y a disfrutar de un rico baño con agua caliente, por las mañanas se realiza canopy para los niños . Sin duda una experiencia que volveremos a repetir.

O hotel é excelente. O chalé é bem confortável e reservado, o que nós dá uma sensação de privacidade ainda maios. A vista do chalé aponta para o vulcão. Incrível!!! A hospitalidade do casal que nos recebeu foi fantástica e nossa família se sentiu em casa. Pretendemos voltar assim que possível.

Hermoso y acogedor lugar ❤️ volveríamos encantados a descansar a las cabañas, sin duda es ideal para descansar y desconectarse ya que tiene paisajes hermosos y una vista increíble al volcán, destacar sus desayunos a la puerta de la cabaña y la piscina temperada, 10/10
