Not luxury. Not a wellness center. This hotel is old, noisy. You can hear every single word, sound around you, it a shame because the view is gorgeous but the hotel needs serious revamping. Even the breakfast is a disappointment, worst coffee in Italy. And no parking ! Very poor hotel. To avoid absolutely.

Ci sono stato in camposcuola con la mia classe, innanzitutto avevamo gli insetti un camera, anche se la vista era molto bella, i servizi erano pessimi: non avevamo i saponi per lavarci (che in teoria dovrebbero essere compresi nel "kit cortesia" ed il giorno dopo li abbiamo chiesti e ci hanno dato le saponette per le mani, alcuni phon e scarichi del water erano rotti, per non parlare del cibo.... La colazione era pietosa: due fette biscottate confezionate, marmellata e un mini cornetto, le macchinette per il caffè e per il succo di frutta c'erano ma il giorno dopo l'hanno spente. Il pranzo al sacco: mezza forma di pane con due fette di salame e tre di formaggio contate, mela e un bottiglietta d'acqua. La cena era decente.... Per non parlare delle intolleranze alimentari che non sono state rispettate. Invece i professori avevano primaditutto i saponi e poi avevano il cibo "più buono". E guardando le recensioni fatte da altre persone le recensioni sono positive e questo significa che non è giusto che le altre persone vengano trattati diversamente rispetto a noi.... Per questo non tornerò più a questo hotel.

La struttura di per sé è molto attrezzata, la camera molto capiente ed accogliente,dotata di tutto per l'igiene. Colazione accettabile. La SPA funzionale e rilassante, apprezzatissimo il massaggio. L'unica nota negativa è stato il servizio di ristorazione che penso sia da rivedere,soprattutto in momenti di maggiore afflusso,ma il cibo era comunque buono.

Non entrate in questo Resort che di fatto è un 2 stelle e non 4. Struttura fatiscente, personale impreparato e incapace di gestire le situazione di emergenza. Servizio pessimo e poco professionale. Il Resort è abbastanza datato e lo si nota dalla reception fino al l'arredamento delle stanze. Non esiste un controllo della temperatura nelle stanze. Manca di aria condizionata e il riscaldamento viene gestito dall'acqua termale.

Mia figlia ci ha soggiornato adesso con la scuola, camere prive di detergenti, nemmeno sapone per le mani. Pasti inadeguati anche per ragazzi di 13 anni con alimenti anche fuori stagione. Per colazione una ragazza ha aspettato 1 ora per un caffellatte!! Pranzo al sacco improponibile e personale non cordiale. Tutto confermato dai professionisti che sono rimasti allibiti. Sconsigliato

Mia figlia ha soggiornato con la sua classe (seconda scuola secondaria di I grado) in campo scuola. Nelle camere non hanno trovato nessun tipo di detergente, nemmeno per lavarsi le mani. I pasti non adeguati a ragazzi di 13 anni con tempi di attesa troppo lunghi tra le portate. Pranzo al sacco con un panino a ragazzo e tra l'altro immangiabile. Personale all'accoglienza poco cortese. Tutto confermato dalle insegnanti che hanno accompagnato i ragazzi. Sconsigliato.

Ho accompagnato la mia classe seconda di scuola secondaria di I grado in campo scuola e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel. E' stato davvero terribile: assenza di sapone nelle camere, totale disattenzione all'alimentazione di alunni con allergie o intolleranze, disorganizzazione generale, personale poco cortese ed evidentemente non qualificato per questo tipo di accoglienza, pranzi al sacco improponibili e giustificazioni davvero ridicole ad ogni segnalazione o richiesta.
