Wonderful people! Awesome breakfast with a View. We are visiting from Miami and truly liked this rustic 500 years historic hotel. However, is far from Arcos town. Great air conditioning (although it briefly stopped in middle of night). Very clean well put bathroom.

Beautiful Hacienda, very well decorated, cozy and clean. A small pool overlooking the landscape is just perfect. Our room was nice, maybe not lit enough for Spanish liking. Comfortable bed and good shower. Personnel was very attentive, yet it bothered us arriving towards 7p.m. and being too late to have dinner, although we finally managed to "qualify" for dinner. Be aware you need to book dinner at least two hours before, and dinner is very early for Spanish standards. Dinner and breakfast are served in a porch overlooking the pool and the fields, yet not as cozy as the rest of the Hacienda. Very good breakfast and fair dinner. Personnel leaves too early the Hacienda, so if you want to have a drink you'd better hurry. 14 EUR for a I-don't-know-what gin and tonic, far too poorly prepared is not acceptable. 8 EUR would have been a fair price. Mostly foreign tourists. worth the stay anyhow.

Hacienda restaurée avec beaucoup de soin! Très bel endroit, avec un beau patio et une piscine donnant sur la campagne. Notre chambre confortable s’ouvrait sur la piscine, la campagne et le lac. Très proche de Arcos de la Frontera, superbe village blanc.

Muito caro pelo o que oferece. O hotel não é ruim, mas o preço é incompatível com o nível das acomodações e comodidades. O café da manhã é muito pobre, tanto em variedade como quantidade. O quarto é pequeno, cama pequena, não tem frigobar, nem uma água para os hóspedes. O restaurante não estava funcionando e há muitas poucas opções para comer na região. Preço de hotel 4 estrelas, quando deveria ter 2. O prédio é bonito, histórico, mas não justifica o preço. Ponto positivo: funcionários gentis.

Belle propriété perdue dans la campagne et au bord d'un lac mais pas très loin du village. Chambre correcte mais lit un peu petit. De beaux espaces : patio intérieur, salon-bar, salle à manger aménagée sous un auvent et vitrée. Nous avons dîné sur place car nous ne voulions pas reprendre la voiture : jambon ibérique, fromages payoyo et toute petite salade verte, ça rend service mais c'est cher pour ce que l'on a mangé 43 euros à deux avec une bouteille de vin blanc. Petit-déjeuner très complet mais trop cher également : 12 euros.

A veces se hace difícil entender algunos comentarios porque pasamos una semana fantástica y fuimos muy bien tratados por todo el staff de la Hacienda. En un entorno rural hay ventajas e inconvenientes. Es fácil imaginarlos, sopearlos y tomar la decisión que más convenga a nuestros intereses. Es un edificio singular del s. XV que, afortunadamente, mantiene su estilo rural y original que le da la mayor parte de su encanto. Es de agradecer que han sabido mantener la esencia del edificio, pero, al mismo tiempo, dispones de todas las comodidades que esperas tener en un lugar como éste y disfrutas de un entorno privilegiado que desde el 1r día te enamora. El personal es amable, atento y cercano. La limpieza correcta. El desayuno completo, variado y de buena calidad (embutido, huevos, zumo, pastas y bollería, mermeladas, miel, yogurt, fruta, queso, café, infusiones, …) se sirve al lado del jardín y de la piscina con magníficas vistas al campo y al lago/embalse. Por comentar alguna cosa, sería bueno mejorar la cobertura Wifi en la habitación (estuvimos en la n. 12) pues había puntos donde no llegaba. Resumiendo, un alojamiento recomendable y para repetir.

Hier 3 nachten verbleven in de suite en een nacht in een kamer met balkon. De kamers zijn geweldig, het sanitair is top, de rust om de hacienda niet te evenaren en de eigenaars doen echt alles om het naar de zin te maken. Hier komen we zeker terug. Ook een perfecte uitvalsbasis naar bijv. Grazalema of Cadiz!

Personal muy agradable desde la señora de recepción hasta las chicas de limpieza y cafetería, recepcionista nocturno... Limpieza excelente, cama y almohada más que cómoda, tranquilidad total.... Si quieres desconectar lo recomiendo totalmente.

Op motorreis door Spanje één nacht op de Hacienda verbleven en dat was top. Zeer mooi en authentiek kader en rustig gelegen. Zeer ruime en comfortabele kamers. De douche kon beter, ie dat was wel een zeer pover straaltje water. Het op voorhand geboekte diner, vis en vlees was super. Het ontbijt lekker en ruim voldoende.
