Lovely hotel with very kind reception staff. Clean room. Room temperature rather warm at night ( March 24/3-17/3) as aircon not switched on yet in main hotel. Had to open windows and road noisy. Other than that all perfect. Excellent breakfast too. I’d definitely return there and would highly recommend.

The room is large, the facilities are complete, the location is better, there is a shopping center next to it, there are everything, there are several Chinese restaurants, there are various shopping shops, and there is a subway station nearby, very convenient, there are many Chinese people living.

The hotel is near the subway station. The room is not big and can only accommodate a single sofa. There is no small table next to it, but coffee and tea bags are added every day. When I first entered the room, there was a smell of smoke, so I had to open the window. There was a little dust on the items, and there was mold on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom. The best thing is breakfast. The staff in the restaurant are efficient and the food is rich in choices and high-end. It's a pity that there are no salad dishes.

The room was quiet and dark in the night (Rollo), the bed was comfortable. The shower had a pleasant water pressure, but no body lotion was available. There were enough sticks available. 
The cafe was very good, the selection was OK. 
The staff was very friendly! And check-in went very nice!

This hotel is very good in every place. The front desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived that night. They introduced the hotel's features and found comfortable pillows and quilts for us. The hygiene and surrounding environment were also good. However, the only drawback was that there was no exercise room and breakfast was served outside the hotel, not inside the hotel.

Современный отель, удобно расположен недалеко от вокзала. В этом районе много  арабов и азиатов. Напротив гостиницы расположен магазин Лидл. Шумно и людно из-за близости к вокзалу. Номер чистый и просторный, большая ванная комната, в номере тихо. В номере нет чайника, нет холодильника. Интернет хорошо работает. При заезде могут попросить  депозит - 50 евро, при выезде возвращают. В целом, рекомендую.

“The location and the rooms of the hotel were very nice, but the service was at a low motel level. The service was very poor for this price. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and no room service. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but at the entrance to the breakfast room, payment is collected via a card reader for those not having breakfast, causing unnecessary delays. The hotel staff cannot answer questions other than yes or no. The staff seems either very inexperienced or very unhappy. There is a silly robot working as room service. We placed an order at midnight, and the robot woke us up at 4 in the morning to confirm the order. POOR EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Feel like you stay in dormitory

After the step, the hotel's sanitation level was shocked. The hotel's facilities felt old. I saw the bathtub and wanted to take a bath, but the shower was very dirty. There would be black impurities flushing out with water. ￼ The water turned black ￼ When I took a bath, I felt uneasy. It was him who was closer to the nearest bus station. The only advantage ￼￼￼￼￼￼
