HUYE DE AQUÍ. Bichos muertos y vivos, cosas rotas, falta de higiene y limpieza generalizada y una atención nefasta. La jefa de Recepción es una borde de cuidado. Decidimos solicitar la cancelación al ver todo aquello, aceptaron cancelar sin cargos por escrito. Tuvimos que buscarnos otro alojamiento a las 9:30 de la noche y gastarnos más porque era imposible dormir allí. Al día siguiente nos dicen que nos van a cobrar la primera noche cuando habían aceptado por escrito cancelar nuestra reserva sin cargos. Tuvimos que ir dos veces y tener una discusión seria para recuperar nuestro dinero. Hasta Booking tuvo que intervenir. Ni se te ocurra reservar aquí.
