The swimming pools were not in operation as was the rooftop bar. We had to go to Lido and pay extra to enjoy the sun.
The beach wasn't ready either and the funicular that was supposed to take us there wasn't in service...
The “designer” room did not look like any of the photos on your website, it was an ordinary room
