The personnel is amazing and kind. The rooms have everything you might need to be comfortable: fridge, plenty of outlets, A/C, good internet connection and lots of channel options on the TV in three different languages. The breakfast is pretty good.

The personal of the hotel was really friendly and helpfull and location is very near to the central square, and convent of Santa Catalina. Bedroom also is very comfortable and breakfast is good. Recommendable.

Excellent place to stay in the beautiful city of Arequipa, it is a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The service is also very good, they are friendly and attentive. The room is completely complete, it has been very nice to book this accommodation for my stay.

Muy recomendable. Las instalaciones del hotel pueden modernizarse, pero la atención es de primera, todos muy preocupados siempre por darnos lo mejor. La ubicación es buena, cerca caminando al convento de Santa Catalina y a la Plaza de Armas.

Viaje en familia .Excelente atención desde que llegamos al ultimo dia , el cuarto con todas sus comodidades AA, calefaccion, Tv ,camas super comodas. Los dependientes preocupados por ayudar cuando se les solicitaba . Experiencia muy buena lo recomiendo

Lo mejor: el servicio que brinda el personal. Todos muy amables y atentos. Nos ayudaron con servicios especiales de transporte turístico. La habitación amplia y limpia. Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza de armas. Completamente recomendable.

Lo bueno: - Habitación limpia. - Camas cómodas y grandes - Muy buen servicio del personal, incluso nos ayudaron con el primer tour que tomamos. - Baño moderno y amplio - El desayuno estaba bien balanceado. - Muy bien ubicado. Lo malo: - En la reservación la habitación tenía microondas, la que nos asignaron no lo tenía. - La salida de agua caliente era irregular, de a ratos el agua te quemaba y en otros salía muy fría. - Las máquinas de café durante el desayuno no funcionaban, solo tenían café instantáneo y la leche tocaba calentarla en microondas. - Hacia falta una tostadora de pan.
