Staff very friendly and helpful. Stathis and Anca, barstaff, are excellent. Food choices are great although hot food could be kept hotter. House wine on tap quite palatable 🙂 All areas kept clean and tidy and room service/towel/bedding change very good. A children's entertainment programme, improvements to children's play area and the addition of baby change facility would add value for those with younger children . Overall, well rated and an enjoyable family holiday. The tourist tax of €10 per room per night, cash only, is a bit steep. Although rated 4*, there is a big difference in room types/ location and some do not warrant 4* (noting thar 3* is half the cost at €5 per night)

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the bar staff are very quick in serving drinks, no long queues. The restaurant offers a good variety of food and has themed nights as well. The pool area's are very nice and well maintained. The sun beds are very good too. I will certainly consider a return.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Diana Palace Hotel. Absolutely fantastic, everything, room, food, staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. All the staff always had a smile on their faces, and looked happy. Great location. We will be back next year. Planning starts now.

My sister and I stayed here for a week for my sisters 40th birthday. I had made a note on our booking that we were travelling for a special occasion and on arrival we had been upgraded to a junior suite with pool (fantastic room thank you). The staff are all simply amazing, Stathis and Elena a special mention, they are a credit to the hotel. We enjoyed the food and drink (the cola could be improved) and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The hotel is more aimed at adults than families which suited us for our holiday. If I had to make one recommendation for improvement it would be to increase the choice of food on the snack bar. All in all a great hotel and I would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff were all lovely a special mention to Stathis! He was so lovely and always made such an effort with every guest. We had one of the updated rooms overlooking the top pool and it was lovely, just noisy at night due to the entertainment. The food was all very nice and they actually went and made us chicken nuggets on request one night when my toddler wouldn't eat anything on offer. They were all lovely! I would say it's a hotel more aimed at adults than young families, (our little one is nearly 2 and there wasn't anything for him) . Few negatives - We were not advised we would have to pay £10 euros per night to the hotel on arrival, this also has to be in cash! So used up pretty much all the money we took with us! This needs to be disclosed or should be included within the holiday price when booked. There is no entertainment for kids, all the day activities are more adult based and we were sad to discover no Kids disco. We did see a poster for a kids disco down at the other restaurant (this was put up the day before we left) but it was only on 3 days a week and you have to pay to use that restaurant so its not included within the hotel which was a big disappointment. The snack bar was advertised when booked as open 11am-1am, so we were sad to discover that it was actually only on for 1 hour a day between lunch and tea. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 10pm so had to go out and find food at a local restaurant when we thought we would be able to grab something. Two rooms within our party had issues with keys not working on multiple occasions and had to go down to reception 8 times between them for them to be reset. The staff were quick with this each time, but obviously not ideal.

This is our 4th visit to this hotel. Check-in was straightforward this year, thanks to the lovely receptionist who checked us in. The bar staff here never disappoint and are a credit the the hotel, Stathis and Anka, who do an amazing job, we love you, you make this hotel a very special place. In the restaurant, there is always something you will find to eat, with a great selection. I have to mention Eri, the waiter, who always greets with a lovely smile in the mornings. The renovation of the pool area looks stunning now and is a great improvement. There was only one little thing that was noticeable, that the general manager would have a little go at the staff in front of guests, which maybe could have been done more in private, other than everything was perfect. Can't wait to go back later in the year.

I will start with the good about this hotel , we stayed for 1 week .Generally all staff were very pleasant and helpful . Rooms were very clean as were the bedding and lovely white towels . Most people have spoken pretty high of this hotel sadly we didn’t feel the same , on arrival to check in a young lady started to check us in and half way through she just went off to help someone else . Then we were to be shown to our room , getting there was like a faulty towers sketch , very confusing and we could have got to our room loads quicker if we had gone the straight forward way . The food at the hotel was NOT good ,cold dinner plates , Luke warm food very over cooked bacon and eggs . Selection wasn’t good either it pretty much repeated everyday this was the choices chicken thigh or wings , pork , chips , potatoes , carrots we had pork every solid day one way or another . I’ve never been in a hotel that don’t supply fresh fruit , all you could get were slices of apple or orange . We didn’t have a proper hot meal the whole of the time we were there . We were very very disappointed in this hotel the building itself is very bitty nothing flows , smoking is allowed in all outside spaces , as non smokers we couldn’t sit outside in the evening without getting smoke blown at you so we were in doors at night . We have stayed in many hotels over the years but we will not be returning to this hotel and the local area wasn’t much either. It wasn’t always easy getting somewhere to sit in May so I imagine it’ll be even worse in the height of the season . We had a lot of noise at night people shouting and running around the corridors where the bedrooms were , one night it was thumping music until 2am then slamming doors and shouting , then at 5am shouting and slamming doors again . That would of been even worse if you had children trying to sleep , very inconsiderate .
