Decent small hotel with good facilities but unfortunately most of them weren’t open when we visited. Weather was lovely but pool was closed. Also the restaurant was closed too so we ate out. Room was well equipped and very nice. Gardens lovely but with the bar closed it was nicer to go elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel nestled in the heart of town. The staff were really welcoming and helped a couple of mad wild swimmers find a safe bit of river to swim in. We really appreciated them letting us continue in our faltering French even though they spoke English. This is a rare treat and helps us improve. The reception staff were patient and offered the right amount of prompting when needed. We ate in the restaurant which was another great experience. Decent value food, well presented and attentive waiting staff. The room was fine, quite quirky in layout and decor, the air conditioning really appreciated. All in all a fantastic stay, we will be back.

Je ne comprends pas les choses négative que j ai pu lire sur cet hôtel. Sommes un couple de motard arrivé trempé et reçu avec le plus grand soins.nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse et pris un très bon repas .Le petit déjeuner étais également à la hauteur. Un plus une belle piscine dans un parc agréable. Le chef a de l humour et sa femme est très agréable . Je recommande cet hôtel

Gérant ou directeur antipathique, pourquoi a-t-il choisi ce métier de convivialité, tricherie au niveau des commandes de Clim , elles s’éteignent ds la nuit ( un patron d’une Sté de Clim s’est aperçu de la supercherie en y séjournant) chambre sale et vaisselle pdj pas très propre également !

Nous voulions faire abstraction des avis négatifs glanés depuis plusieurs moisdans les rues argentacoises. Bien mal nous en a pris ! Menu qui paraît alléchant sur la carte pour un prix somme toute raisonnable. Or, contrairement aux photos figurant sur leur site, qui semblent datées des anciens propriétaires, nous voyons arriver des plats composés de légumes et de sauces décongelés. Nous ne dirons pas que c’est mauvais, mais cela ne vaut absolument pas le prix (45€ par personne). La salle du restaurant est quasi déserte. Quelle tristesse pour notre belle ville d’avoir perdu la qualité et le prestige de ce restaurant, autrefois pilier de notre petite ville…
