Stay away! I called yesterday evening to ask about the price. Less than 12 hours later, I called again today to make the booking. The price was 20% higher, with no excuse other than, "It's July and I won't book for that price". The manager's attitude was implying that I was lying! When I tried to complain about how unprofessional this was, he said I was trying to satisfy my ego. He hung up the phone on me! Unprofessional, dishonest, absolutely rude!!!!! I then booked at the 4 Seasons Hotel, who were extremely polite and very professional.

A new hotel near the Pozar baths. Beautifully appointed room with great A/C as we were in the hottest days of July 2023. Unfortunately, the reception, common living room and restaurant had no Air Conditioning due to some malfunction and no backup. For the 3 days we were there we could not use these facilities. Our only choices were our room or outside, which was at times too hot. A very uncomfortable situation. Management did not seem to think that this was a problem. The food was delicious and plentiful but the kitchen hours were strange for Greece. Kitchen opened for lunch at 2:00pm and closed at dinner at 9:00p.m. The third day we had no internet and there was no one from the management around to ask for assistance. On our last night we came back from eating dinner somewhere else to find most of the hotel grounds pitch dark, not safe in the staircase up to the ground floor from the garage or outside. Had to ask one of the personnel to turn them on. It just seemed no one was minding the store…We left one day earlier as the heat wave was upon us. A lot of improvements needed…for a 4 star hotel…

Ταξιδεψαμε για 2ημερες διακοπες με την οικογενεια!Το ξενοδοχειο ηταν καταπληκτικο!Πανεμορφος και ζεστος χωρος . Πλουσιο πρωινο και γευστικοτατο μεσημεριανο .πολυ καλη εξηπηρετηση ...ιδιως απο τον Αποστολη που ηταν ευγενεστατος !(το μονο αρνητικο ηταν οτι οι καμαριερες δεν προλαβαν να καθαρισουν το δωματιο,μας χτυπησαν ομως την πορτα το μεσημερι αν χρειαζομαστε κατι)σιγουρα θα ξαναπαμε!!!

Όμορφο κατάλυμα, πολυ καθαρό σε ωραιο σημείο, κοντά στον κεντρικό δρόμο του χωριού με τις ταβέρνες, κοντά στα Λουτρα Περιποιημένο πρωινό Ευγενικό προσωπικό （ειδικά ο Μανωλης） Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι γινόντουσαν εργασίες λογο επέκτασης κ υπήρχε αρκετή φασαρία...

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με καθαρούς περιποιημένους άνετους χώρους. Ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό. Τα δωμάτια άνετα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα και με τζάκι για τις κρύες νύχτες. Πρωινό πλούσιο με διάφορα είδη χειροποίητα και καφέ ότι θέλεις εκτός από τον μηχανής. Η τιμή λογική για την περιοχή. Χώρος πάρκινγκ κλειστο στο υπόγειο και εσωτερική πρόσβαση στα δωμάτια. Αξιόπιστη πρόταση.

Η φιλοξενία ήταν ζεστή και φιλική. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Το υπόγειο πάρκινγκ βοηθά πολύ. Επίσης στα συν ότι μας δάνεισαν τα μπουρνούζια για τα λουτρά με αποτέλεσμα να κάνουν την διαδικασία πολύ εύκολη και ευχάριστη μιας και δεν χρειάστηκε να πάμε στα αποδυτήρια των εγκαταστάσεων και να κουβαλάμε ένα σωρό πράγματα μαζί μας. Δεύτερη φορά και απολύτως ικανοποιημένοι.

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο Irene's Resort έξι μέρες, τέλη Ιουλίου με αρχές Αυγούστου...η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη... περάσαμε τέλεια!!το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα από τα καλύτερα της ευρύτερης περιοχής...τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα, άνετα κ πεντακάθαρα...οι πετσέτες κ τα σεντόνια μοσχοβολούσαν καθημερινά...το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο κ πάντα εξυπηρετικό.....το πρωινό με φρέσκα κ αγνά υλικά κ αρκετές επιλογές...η πισίνα εξαιρετική κ πεντακάθαρη!! συγχαρητήρια σε όλους!!Σας ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή!! Μακάρι να επανέλθουμε για μια χειμερινή απόδραση!!!!

Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μακριά από το δρόμο και τη φασαρία. Κολυμπάς στην.πισινα και βλέπεις τα βουνά και τα αμπέλια παραδίπλα. Το δωμάτιο όμορφο και.πεντακάθαρο.Το πρωινό αρκετά ικανοποιητικό και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό! Δοκιμάσαμε και το φαγητό το.οποίο ήταν καλομαγειρεμενο και νόστιμο. Δεν έχω να πω κάτι αρνητικό. Γίνονται έργα και στον κάτω χώρο και παραδίπλα αλλά είναι προσωρινά. Εξάλλου η ομορφιά είναι τόση που τα επισκιάζει.
