Booked through crystal ski for a week on the slopes and would 100% return. Rooms were warm and clean. Beds were comfortable and the bath was a lovely addition after a long day on the slopes with plenty of hot water. We booked half board so had breakfast and dinner. A good selection of breakfast food to start the day. Cereals, fruit, yogurt, cheese & meats, toast, croissants and hot food like bacon and eggs. Dinner was a buffet starter which we really enjoyed and then you chose your main and dessert. Don’t go in expecting Michelin star food but rather good hearty food that keeps you full. Only a few minutes walk to the main gondola and the town which had some nice cafes and restaurants. We went out a couple of nights and had some great food at a really reasonable price. Ski lockers available for 20 euros deposit saving you a lot of money from the lockers at the top of the gondola. All in all a great holiday and I would highly recommend Verdu.

I stayed here from March 9th 2025 for a week skiing and snowboarding with my wife and 20 year old son. Fantastic hotel, clean and warm. Nela and the staff couldn’t do more for you! Food was very good. We were half board which worked well. Buffett breakfast with hot and cold food. Evening dinner was 3 courses. 10 mins walk to the gondola and main village. Slight incline back to the hotel. We hired lockers at Serge ski hire shop at the top of the gondola. Well worth the €60 for the week. Would definitely go back!!

Lovely stay from start to finish. Good food, very friendly staff, clean warm and comfortable. I've not been able to fault our saty we've had a great week and the bar is very reasonably priced too. Drinks are not included with evening meal and you are expected to pay for water if you have it and they prefer you run your drinks bill for the week but like I said its very reasonably priced.

Really friendly staff. Clean rooms. 300m to gondola and centre of Arinsal. It’s a small incline back. Reasonably small hotel so not an extensive menu but was absolutely fine for us. Would come back for sure. Drinks reasonably priced. Ski storage in hotel.

We took a family ski trip to Arinsal and the Xalet Verdu was a great choice. Although a 5 min walk to the main gondola the lockers up at the top were well worth the €60 for the week to leave our skis and boots (3 people). The hotel staff are very friendly and interacted particularly well with the younger guests. The food is excellent with a wide ranging buffet for breakfast and evening meal is buffet starter and choice out of three for mains and desserts. The rooms are clean and pretty well equipped, and having two interconnecting family rooms was very useful. Ski locker available downstairs. About 5 min walk to supermarket and centre of town. Would definitely use again when I'm next back in the area

From the moment of arrival everything was fantastic. We had warm welcome at the reception and been shown our room. Our room was on the 2nd floor with the mountain view. Bathroom was very clean, towels changed daily, shower with a good pressure. Whole hotel was very quiet at night no need for earplugs. Breakfast served from 8am included eggs/sausages/ bacon/ beans loads of lovely breads, at least 5 different types of cheeses and meats. Muesli/ cereal, fruits, yoghurts, milks - including vegan - soy and oat milk. Dinners were great choice of meats/ fish for main and buffet. The hotel catered for me specially as I'm vegan, every evening I had separate dish prepared, all very tasty, most of the soups of the day were vegan too - best soups I had in a while. Cheap but delicious house wine 3.5 euro for a generous glass, you can buy a bottle and they will label it and keep it for you for next meal. All staff very friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more. Great location , there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, bars, restaurants all in a walking distance. I really recommend the Irish bar for great atmosphere and the hunters - nice food and beer, reasonably priced. Great holidays!!!

Staff are all great and very friendly. Room was super clean and the food was freshly made in the hotel and was lovely with a good selection, especially the starters . Can't fault it at all. Will return in the summer too when the pool is open as it looks lovely, right at the base of a mountain
