Pousada Dos Reis

Our last experience at Pousada dos Reis was not pleasant. We have stayed there other times and were very well received by the receptionist Luana, who attended to us at the time. My husband and I were very embarrassed by the actions that were not taken to repair an incident that I am going to report. We purchased a deluxe room (I mean “luxury”, because the bed was bigger, in addition, there was nothing superior compared to the rooms we stayed in other times. There wasn’t even a nice view in that room). As we acquired through **********, and we are VIP customers, our Voucher informed us that we would be entitled to a room upgrade in case of availability. Our first action was to ask if the hotel was full, and the answer was no. It was practically empty. Then we show our Voucher and kindly request the application of our right. The answer was categorical saying “no”, that the room above ours, despite being unoccupied, could not be included in this promotion, they also said that the ********** were wrong to grant this type of promotion , which they said would be the option of giving us a discount on any food we ordered. This fact has already disappointed us. Then, upon arriving at the room we found that the flush had no pressure and the water remained at the top without going down for a long time. We thought that this would certainly be a disaster when we “actually” used the bathroom. Unfortunately the worst happened.

I was surprised to learn that the parking offered by the hotel was paid, even though it was inside the hotel! Reasonable breakfast! In the rooms the smell of wood is strong and sometimes bothersome!

No esta muy céntrico, hay que caminar un par de cuadras en subida y bajadas, los uber se pierden en la ubicación me llevaron 3 veces a cualquier lado. Las vistas no son lindas y le falta mantenimiento. No lo volvería elegir, hay opciones mucho mejor por el mismo precio.

Fuimos por segunda vez y esta fue horriblemente pésimo. Tuvimos muy muy, muy mala atención por parte del señor que trabaja a la madrugada en la recepción. Con decirles que terminé llorando alcanza. No tengo su nombre lamentablemente. Nos maltrató, nos humilló. No volveríamos jamás.

Adorei tudo! A hospitalidade, a localização, toda a estrutura! E ainda a piscina deliciosa que eu amei muito! Sem contar que tem uma área verde com muitas árvores onde dá para ficar relaxando um pouco e lendo os livros que amo! Experiência nota 1000!

A pousada é muito gostosa e aconchegante, a piscina é gostosa, os quartos são confortáveis e espaçosos, o café da manhã é bom, a recepção é muito agradável e atenciosa, e a localização é boa, com fácil locomoção para os lugares mais tops de Búzios! O que não achei legal, foi a água salobra, mas não sei se é uma característica de todos os lugares de Búzios… Sugestões: * O sinal da tv é ruim, e a tv não é smart, o que poderia ser para o hóspede ter mais opção do que assistir; * Banheiro com chuveiro fora do quarto, o que facilitaria se o hóspede quisesse tomar um banho após o check out
