Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular.
Pedro was a great host, but some other staff were less than friendly. Parking very convenient and walkability to Buzios centro and Joao Fernandes beach was good.
Pool was very pleasant.

I've been to several pousadas in Búzios, and I consider Bahiamarela to be the most charming. Everything is just right. Large rooms overlooking the beach, super nice pool. Great drinks by the pool. Very good restaurant, especially the shrimp risotto. Also noteworthy is the Spa, a charm. Access to the beach is super easy, just cross the street and you'll be on the best beach in Búzios. everything very perfect

Estuvimos una semana con amigos en las habitaciones 19, 20 y 21. La experiencia fue muy buena. La vista desde todas las habitaciones es increíble. El desayuno inmejorable. La atención es un 10. Destacable Puan con una sonrisa permanente y la mejor onda todo el tiempo de Joao Victor, Claudio, Leandro. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar con lo que necesites. Hermosa piscina con borde infinito y área bien cuidada con camastros comodisimos y jardín muy bien cuidado. Cerca de la Praia Joao Fernández. Contras: Mucha escalera (no recomiendo para personas con problemas de movilidad y tercera edad). Lejos del centro para ir caminando (media hora aprox con subidas y bajadas). Para mejorar: La cena de la media pensión es escasa si sos de comer bien, faltaría alguna entrada y ensaladas. Te cobran el agua caliente después de las 11 hs (Debería haber dispenser de agua fría y caliente las 24 hs) es un detalle mínimo que genera descontento.

Excelente ubicación, frente a playa Joao Fernandez, buena infraestructura y buena atención por parte del personal. Cambio de toallas todos los días. El agua de la piscina tenía una temperatura ideal en horas de la tarde. Atención 24 hrs. Además recibimos de regalo una hora de jacuzzi y sauna por habitación.

Una mala experiencia en este lugar. El hotel es lindo y la ubicación está bien. Tienen muchas escaleras para acceder a la Mayoría de las habitaciones. El Servicio del restaurante es muy muy malo. Las veces que comimos acá fueron pésimas porque esperamos más de 2 horas la comida todas las veces, pedimos un plato y nos avisaron una hora después que no lo tenian y tuvimos que esperar 2 horas más el otro plato. Hay falta de personal en todas las áreas. El personal en general tiene buena onda, pero es culpa de la gerencia el mal funcionamiento del lugar. Una decepción total!!! No lo recomiendo para nada y no volvería ni aunque me lo regalen.

La posada es excelente, super comoda, con una vista impresionante de Jao Fernandez y servicios de muy buena calidad. Recomiendo mucho el restaurante ya que posee platos muy buenos y en precios muy razonables, si vas con familia y no queres ir al centro, es el lugar ideal. Desayuno sencillo pero muy correcto. La pileta muy buena, ya que posee camastros, sillas, mesas con sombrilla y tenes lugar para usarlos sin problemas. La atencion del personal es excelente, nos recibieron con unos tragos impresionates. Destaco la labor de Pedro de recepcion y de los bar tenders que hacen unos tragos espectaculares.

Muy mala experiencia en este lugar. Contratamos una habitación grande y nos dieron las más chica cuando pagamos por una de otra categoría. La televisión no funcionaba y dijeron que no podían arreglarla. La ducha perdía agua y se inundaba el baño cada vez que nos duchabamos. Mala predisposición del personal para solucionar los problemas. En el restaurante esperamos la comida y las bebidas mucho tiempo. Y cuando a la tarde quisimos tomar un café esperamos más de media hora. Muy mala atención la verdad. No volvería ni que me lo regalen.
