"The hotel is an inn on the heights of Buzios, it has an excellent view but the service is very bad. I agree with previous opinions regarding poor service. To the point that when we arrived at the “master” room there were no towels, soap or shampoo. We had to go ask for them. There were no glasses or cups. No comfort. The TV without signal or smart connection. Smelly pillows and uncomfortable mattress. The air conditioning was noisy and did not cool enough. The fan was not working. Poor breakfast. The cleaning and towel replacement service is non-existent. The staff was overwhelmed. It is not suitable for people with mobility problems and it is accessible by car because the climb to the hotel is 70 meters vertically along a cobblestone street."

"The access is terrible, full of holes and it is really very difficult to get in and out of there. They told me it was because it had rained and when the rains ended they were going to repair it. Lie. The last few days were sunny and they never did. We rented a car so we could get in and out with difficulty. The buildings are old but they have been remodeled, at least the room we had with a sea view, very good. Breakfast is acceptable. The food served at the hotel is mediocre, with little flavor. My kids ate a steak and half of it was pure fat. It is a place to come and stay for couples looking for tranquility. If you are looking for bars and nights, no. Unless you want to go downtown every day with the road in terrible condition."

"The best thing about the inn is the staff and that counts for a lot! Everyone is sweet, polite, kind and helpful. The guesthouse has a good location. The wonderful pool! The breakfast is OK, it's acceptable, it doesn't have that much variety but it's not bad either. There is a green area that I loved and it is super well cared for. I took my dog and she was very comfortable and loved it! Everyone was great with her. The air conditioning was new and cooled very well. The TV caught the world well, which was a positive point. But the bedding left a lot to be desired. The hard, dark bath towels. Yellowed and stained bedding and poor quality blanket. There was also a strong musty smell in the room and there was mold in the bathroom. The freegobar was also old but it worked well. The unclosed shower made the bathroom very wet. It has everything to be a successful guesthouse if some improvements are made."
