Súper sucio, todo el hotel . el cuarto 303 que estoy sucio la cama y sabanas llenas de pelos y hormigas. El piso súper sucio no tiene aire acondicionado , muy reducido espacio, el ruido de la calle no deja dormir. La manejadora/ encargada del hotel se mostró molesta al hacer le yo saber lo sucio que está el hotel . Me ignoro y nunca me dio una solución al problema más sin embargo solo me veía cara de ira como queriendo me intimidar. El vídeo que se nos mostró antes de hacer la reservación diferente muy limpio y en buenas condiciones Los cuartos nunca no los mostraron sino hasta que pagamos . Les dije que me reembolsar y me dijo que no me iba a dar nada Y le dije que era es una inepta y era un ratera al cobrar lo que cobran $90,000 por persona y no mantener un hotel en buenas condiciones, limpio, dar una solución a un problema y al tener pobre formas de comunicación. Por lo menos pudo ofrecer cambiar las sábanas Barrer trapear el cuarto . Más sin embargo Me amenazo con demandar me . A lo que le conteste Este lugar necesita ser demandado a las autoridades por las condiciones del hotel tan malas , quebradas , sucios y malas condiciones
