Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception. 1-room apartment 16 m2 on 4th floor. I spent 10 days in the one bedroom apartment and it was very good. The bed was comfortable, the shower was very good and there is plenty of parking if you have a car. As I didn't have a car, it's a short walk to the center of the village. Arosa is an exce
