At the beginning to book and pay was easy! I got an apartment by getting in touch and paying before traveling. The reception was informed about everything about the hotel's infrastructure. When we arrived at the apartment we realized that the internet did not work everywhere within the property and it remained that way for the entire period. When using the pantry as a kitchen, we noticed problems with cleaning. It was easy to see that although the living room and bedrooms were fragrant and the sheets were tidy, the stove and hood were quite dirty, the bathroom left something to be desired for more adequate cleaning, despite being fragrant. On the penultimate day of the 5 days that we stayed, we were surprised by constant power outages due to a circuit breaker tripping when the shower was in use. The entire apartment was blacked out, including the neighbor's as well. This occurred when the neighbor in turn used the shower in his property. There was no point in calling, I had to go to reception to get the maintenance staff to be notified to turn it back on and try to resolve the problem which had repeated itself four times in a row. Conclusion: The hotel is expensive, claims to be of international standard, but the accommodation infrastructure leaves something to be desired! It's regrettable to have to report this here, but I wouldn't want anyone to make an investment and have to go through embarrassment and problems like we did. In the end, the team at reception apologizes profusely, the manager apologizes and explains that what happened is unacceptable, but I didn't see any commitment to resolve it other than promises.
