Excelente pousada.
A pousada possui excelente localização, sendo de fácil acesso ao centro de Arraial do Cabo. Durante a estadia fomos avisados de que a mesma estava passando por reformas, mas nada que atrapalhasse. O atendimento de todos os funcionários merece nota 10. Desde a recepção a cozinha, todos nos trataram com educação e cordialidade. O café da manhã é muito bom, com grande variedade de pães, bebidas e outros acompanhamentos. Com certeza iremos voltar.

Cheguei no quarto o chuveiro não funcionava , não tinha água , depois ficou pouco saída , ar condicionado não funcionou, e tive um problema com a passagem aérea e me fizeram pagar uma diária inteira sem usar , não tiveram o mínimo de apatia com o hóspede

A pousada tem um ótima localização, próxima da praia do forno, porém, o quarto foi bem diferente do que vimos na booking, as fotos estavam com bastante filtro, pois a pousada é bem mais simples do que parece. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem.

Inmejorable ubicación. A pasos del puerto de donde salen los taxi marítimos. Se puedr ir caminando a todas las playas. Buen desayuno. Excelente atención de parte de todos los trabajafores. Nos facilitaron todo. Lo super recomiendo. Volvería.

Estamos hospedados neste momento neste estabelecimento (período 03 a 07/01/2024). A Pousada não possui nenhuma estrutura. Não há estacionamento. O Wi-Fi que fornecem sequer carrega e conecta, não conte com isso. Os quartos são imundos, em especial detalhe a parte dentro do chuveiro que não esquenta. Ainda, apenas são limpos a cada 48h. O café da manhã é extremamente escasso, sem reposição, ao ponto de não conseguirmos manteiga para a refeição. Não há variedade e toda comida tem aspecto suspeito. Definitivamente, se trata de estrutura insalubre e extremamente prejudicada, não sendo passível o recebimento de hóspedes de qualquer perfil.

Saleté de la chambre et de l'hotel, manque de linge et serviettes, manque de confort au chambre surtout de la literie, pas de douche agréable, pas de parking, pas de coffre, ni securité dans la chambre, personnel perdu, le petit déjeuner raisonable mais avec des produits basse gamme, en resume je ne recommende pas de tout ce hotel...

pousada simples muito aconchegante bem localizada, o atendimento excelente, os quortos muito bom com um custo beneficio muito bom o ruim é que não tem estacionamento tirando isso super recomendo essa pousada.
