The welcome was warm and friendly and very helpful with regard to parking. (Parking took a bit longer, but not the fault of the hotel, Arras was very busy with the Christmas Market). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful (just as needed after a long day).
We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was so convenient for the Christmas Market and the centre.

Right in the centre of Arras, nice, modern hotel, super as a base for exploring the area. The rooms are good and clean en-suites with super comfy bed! Breakfast was continental style but scrambled egg, chicken sausages and bacon were there, plus the usual bread, croissants and toasting bread, cheese, ham , fruit salad, tea and coffee! Very substantial!! Staff were very friendly, spoke good English!! Was originally an Ibis, Overall, we were very pleased. Not too expensive either! No parking at the hotel, but plenty of parking in the underground parking in Grand Place, literally a two minute walk away! If you’re lucky there is sometimes on street parking too.

Location is excellent but unfortunately that is the only good thing about the hotel. The hotel room was shabby and tiny, barely enough room to walk round the bed. The reception, breakfast room and bar areas were basic. If you’re traveling by car, the Hotel Entrance is awkward to get to. We booked the Hotel as an Ibis but it had changed to B&B Hotels before we arrived. I hope they plan to refurbish the whole Hotel. I suppose you get what you pay for.

A poor quality hotel right in the centre of Arras, with room decor and fittings now looking very tired. The hotel is adjacent to the Grand Place in Arras, a large public square full of Bars and Restaurants, and much favoured by the local youngsters to meet up and have fun. Parking is provided in the car park under the square, around 12 Euros per night. The biggest problem I had was with the noise generated by the drunken folk leaving the square, with shouting and screaming going on right up until 7am the next morning. The noise within the bedrooms could have been much reduced by fitting up to date acoustic windows with secondary glazing, but Ibis have not seen fit to install such measures. I did request a change of room as it was obvious that the hotel was not full, but was told it was "not possible", so beware.! Breakfast was acceptable, with a range of cold food, and boiled eggs. There are better quality hotels on the outskirts of the town, I will not be going back to the Ibis.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Arras in walking distance to the squares. . No parking but if you are lucky there is free parking opposite. Staff friendly. Rooms a little tired but clean and ok for the price. Would stay again if we were in Areas.

One small cold bottle of water each was offered as compensation for hotel-wide broken a/c
Also, room 305 had constant running cistern all the time.
