Zeus Dolce by Wyndham Athens

I was placed into a shabby cottage that I disliked given a cockroach that I witnessed there. When I complained they reluctantly moved me into my originally booked category that turned out to be acceptable. However I was harassed and personally targeted by their housekeeping behind my door next morning and was insulted by their front desk receptionist that prevented me from leaving my luggage with her and enjoying the premises before catching my flight. I ended up rolling my luggage down and up their hills and left early without having breakfast and lunch given the mistreatment and personal targeting. They take advantage of their premises and location and abuse their customers. I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to be personally identified and targeted with some verbal abuse from socially inferior people like their housekeeping and front desk receptionist. They were connected to my ex-husband who is a ****** and domestic abuser and were retaliating for his arrest. This was unacceptable and is a direct violation of my anonymity, privacy and confidentiality.

Very nice and prefect location! All personnel were very friendly from reception to bar , from breakfast to cleaning team! I’ll be back 👍🏻

Terrible service at the reception, mainly old people/ package tourists (many of them). Rooms are in very old, cheap condition

Unfortunately, we can't comment on the hotel as they refused to modify our booking when our plans changed. We were charged the full amount (including breakfast) and were unable to stay. We would have appreciated some cooperation when our plans changed.

Far from all the touristy places. Customer Service was horrible. Takes them 2 hrs just to bring something to the room. Front desk never picks up. Kids enjoyed the private pool. Other than that didn't seem like a 5 star
