I had a excellent 2 night stay at Woodacre B&B. Sue and Keven welcomed me on arrival with tea and cake. Sue showed me to my room, which was spotlessly clean and was of a very high standard. The en-suite bathroom was equipped with a walk in shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast, which set me up for the day. Hopefully I will return in the future. Iain

Our first experience with a B&B in England and a great one! Sue and Steve are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Everything very clean and cared for. Wonderfully quiet rooms and a varied breakfast overlooking a beautiful garden. Sue and Steve enjoy doing it and you can see that in everything.

Amazing room and location great hosts even better cook's. Garden is stunning really pleasant place would recommend 100%. The rooms were really clean and bed was extremely comfortable breakfast was incredible can't floor it

Super hosts that make you feel very welcome. Easy to find with plenty of parking. Nearby eateries and well placed to easily explore the local area. Lovely breakfast and beautiful garden. Could not have been better.

We had an excellent stay at Woodacre and would certainly recommend this B&B to others. Tucked off the A27 but the location was surprisingly quiet. The property has a large, beautiful garden which is the backdrop for the breakfast room. Room was very clean and nicely fitted out, with a modern bathroom. Great breakfast, a warm welcome and very friendly hosting. Thank you so much for making us welcome.

I arrived at woodacre,was greeted by sue who showed me to my room and made me fresh coffee and homemade flapjaks The Room was great, suited my needs,Sue and Kevin were very welcoming.could not be more helpful, comfy bed nice clean room,parking excellent right outside the door.hopefully will be returning soon.

5* plus. Woodacre has everything. Sue and Kevin are the perfect hosts, the accommodation is immaculately clean and the breakfast is amazing! Woodacre is set in beautiful grounds away from the hub but close to all amenities in the Chichester area.

Kevin & Sue deliver time after time. Perfectly located for Goodwood, Arundel, Chichester etc. The rooms are always spotless, the hospitality amazing and the breakfast will keep you going for most of the day. If you are really lucky Sue may even treat you to some home grown honey! We always have a choice and always return - well that’s if there is space ;)
