成悦大酒店是我們到呼倫貝爾自駕遊10天中住過的8家酒店之一，也是性價比最高、服務最滿意的，同檔位價格賓館酒店遠不能與之相比。硬件與服務與四星級酒店相差不大，停車方便，室內設施新，電動窗簾、智能馬桶，洗浴設施和龍頭都有酒店銘記，衞生到位。服務人員熱情規範，考慮我們年紀大旅途勞頓，主動為我們免費升級大床房，還送了果盤。自助
早餐也比較豐富。雖然與鐵路線相距不遠，但夜間噪聲影響不大。與市公安局一牆之隔，交通便利，出酒店步行720米就到了餐飲最集中街區。不足之處在於窗簾長度稍短底部漏光，缺少外環境美化綠化打造。

我的天！我從來不寫酒店點評今天必須寫一個，來內蒙五六天了，這家真的是最最最最好的酒店，店家提前一週左右就給我打來電話，幫忙安排行程，景點預訂什麼的（票價會便宜），酒店並不是富麗堂皇那種，但是絕對乾淨！屋裡簡約大方北歐風，特別喜歡乾濕分離的設計，很高級！
最最最最重要的是酒店服務人員，我的天那服務是真的好，全國五星級我住過許多，都沒這家服務好，大堂經理和餐廳經理這倆人必須表揚！！！真的非常熱情，大堂經理很遠就會和你打招呼問好，跑過來給你拿東西按電梯，全程都是跑着服務的真的很熱情很用心，最後還送給我們小朋友一個小玩具，真的很用心，餐廳經理會介紹當地美食，按照經理説的點確實沒踩雷，魚很好吃，一邊吃一邊講解還可以聊天，經理很坦誠很熱情 聊的來，早餐也是他負責，給我們每個人送了雞蛋羹，會主動過來詢問意見和建議，這倆人必須表揚！酒店看到一定給他倆漲工資啊！！！
今天下雨，保安和大堂經理打着傘在停車場接人，一個一個打着傘送進去，真的很貼心
總結一下！！！這家酒店設施就是簡簡單單乾淨的酒店，但是服務真的很好！！！特別熱心！如果你想住着舒服，一定選擇成悦！如果您想住着開心安心想獲得更好的服務，一定選擇成悦！

設施：在阿爾山算上數一數二的了 門口就有充電樁
衞生：非常乾淨整潔 房間也沒有任何異味
服務：重點要説一下 酒店的服務真的很值得誇讚 從入門保安就會幫忙拿行李 大堂工作人員會一直打招呼 讓人有一種心安回家的感覺

玩內蒙東線吃過晚飯路過這家酒店 ，外觀大氣，車位充足，入住時還給升級了房間，一進房間乾淨整齊還送了水果和小零食。房間應該重新裝修過，比較智能，基本都是電動的。服務態度很好，主動問候並且幫助搬行李。唯一不足之處是早餐廳在地下一層，比較老舊了，伙食種類比較多但是味道很一般，可能因為不到旺季遊客還少的原因，感覺食材不是很新鮮。整體是阿爾山地區我認為最好的酒店了，各方面都很不錯。

房間位置雖然窗户對着鐵道 但白天幾乎都出門 火車也不多 沒什麼影響 酒店房間應該是剛升級過 很新 衞生間乾濕分離 還主動幫升級了房間
真心實意覺得工作人員太不容易了 不知道是流程要求還是什麼 每次進出大堂和餐廳工作人員都起身問好 搞得我有點不好意思 旺季客人多如果也這麼要求 工作人員情緒上太累了

房間乾淨，有一張超大的床，很舒服，能休息的很好。空調洗漱用品一應俱全，沐浴露有股淡淡的香味。工作人員從剛到店保安小夥就出門迎接幫拿行李，到前台辦理入住，免費升級了房間，所有人都很熱情，還贈送了水果小食，本來衹訂一晚，這麼好的地方又續住了一晚，五星好評！

本是來給車充電，想着在車裡無聊，進酒店溜達溜達發現菜價不貴很合理，就在這吃個飯，吃完飯覺得菜做的不錯，服務員都很熱情，環境也很好，前台推薦我上攜程預訂價格就比小賓館高一百多，果斷就定一間，這麼偏遠的小城這個設施設備，這個環境，這個服務，值得我點評點個贊
