Alpa is a spa facility designed with a Jacuzzi, a sleeping bath, a low-temperature bath, and ``alternating hot and cold baths'' along with two types of saunas. As you pointed out, the proportion of low-temperature baths has increased, and I think it feels cramped when it's crowded. Although there are some points that are difficult to improve immediately, we will take the opinions received from our customers seriously and will make further efforts to meet their expectations.
