Very nice hotel. My only complaint was the pillows were tiny. Otherwise, everything was great! Breakfast bar had a nice variety, bed was pretty comfortable, and the room was clean.

It was not the cleanest place. The carpets were stained. The crew was very nice. The breakfast was not appetizing, not much options.

The hotel stay itself was nice. The breakfast was really good. It wasn't too far from the Fenton shopping area, which was real convenient.

I like the overall location and really appreciate the late check out option. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.
I've stayed here in the past so I know this isn't the norm but on my most recent visit there wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom and there was a hair on the towels. Being a female with long hair I am aware that it's really easy to get hairs everywhere so it didn't bug me but wanted to make you aware.

We enjoyed it so much that we booked ut again in 3 weeks when we're going to be back in Raleigh. Our only minor complaint was the extremely low water pressure in the shower. Everything else was great. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean room, friendly staff at check and check out (we had Star at check out), plenty of breakfast options and a coffee bar.

I have stayed here many times. The staff are very friendly, the rooms spacious, quiet and clean, and the location is convenient. The electric car chargers and eco friendly attitude is a bonus.

Got to check in an hour early which allowed us to go out to dinner before hockey game. Park in Backyard Bistro lot and eat there before game. Convenient walk to PNC Arena and easy out back to Hyatt. Second time we’ve done this. Feel like it’s a great hack to a fun night.
