Excellent service, from check in , breakfast, BBQ preparation, hot bath tub and any requests. Beautiful scenery, the sheep at Renest is the most favourite part for children.

Nice place, nice view, great service. The Navg here is kind of hard, the GPS bring us to the tunnel underneath. Check out timing is kind of early.. 10am.

這次家族6人住了3晚，可能大部分的人，晚餐都會安排BBQ，但是因為這次2天都遇到下雪天氣，要在住宿的廚房，享受本地食材自己煮食，是有點難度！因為設備太少了，只有一個小型平底鍋跟一個小湯鍋，設備算是比較簡單。還有不知道是不是天氣太凍的關係，浴室的洗手盆的水管兩個都漏水⋯
但工作人員服務好且熱情招呼，英文溝通完全沒問題！也因為這樣，當我們在下大雪的時候，雪胎都派不上用場時，他們還主動聯繫我們，過來道路救援，實在太感謝了🙏
不過要注意若是有長者同行，除非是3號屋，不然要進屋子前，有一段小石子的斜坡路，是比較困難的。

真是太棒的住宿體驗，這次入住3 號木屋，有被驚艷到🥹不論室內設施，室外BBQ , 遊樂設施都一應俱全， 職員服務態度親切， 屋外還有2 隻可愛的小綿羊可供餵飼，令我們有置身在瑞士山區的感覺❤️
