The hotel is very close to the train station which takes about 20 min to Paris central stations.
The hotel/apartment is great for 3 people and it is close to many bakeries and supermarkets.
The only drawback is that the personnel at the reception speak very little to no English at all.

Price: Since it is not in the city center, the price is considered cheap. If you don’t come in summer, it is a very cost-effective accommodation.
Location: It is considered a residential area. It is not within the circle of Little Paris, but it is a 5-minute walk from the RER train station and about half an hour from the center of Paris. There are several restaurants nearby, about a 10-minute walk away, and many parks nearby.
Hygiene: There was a drain smell when I first entered the toilet, but it disappeared when I opened the window for ventilation. The bed was very clean, and the kitchen was also very clean.
Service: You can pay 5 euros to the front desk to get coins for washing and drying clothes. The sister at the front desk is also very patient.
Environment: It is a very new decoration, the underground and corridors are well designed, and the room is large, with a kitchen, a dishwasher and clean kitchenware. The toilet also has a hair dryer and hand sanitizer. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️No air conditioning! No air conditioning! July and August are unbearable at all. You can turn on the fan if it's not too hot at night.
