The hotel is a little dated, but the private bath in the own room and also outside in the public area are quite clean. The dinner buffet was great as you can do your own barbecue. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. We like that it has the self service Yukata shelves as we can pick our own clothing colour style.

The hotel is a bit dated but clean. Most of the customers are Japanese locals. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style with a good selection of food. Very good value for the price. There are family baths available with no additional charges.

Very good hotel and we enjoyed it. Hot spring is nice and service was excellent. Food included is great with big selection. We will definitely come back for this nice hot spring hotel.

The hotel's dinner buffet is really great. You can eat as much marbled beef as you want and drink different kinds of wine and drinks. I took a chilled glass from the refrigerator there and drank Sapporo draft beer, which was perfect with the barbecue!
