The apartment is spacious and clean, though some areas are a bit worn. There's a kitchen but no frying pans, and a washing machine (though we didn't use it). Plenty of closets. The sofa isn't very comfortable for two to sleep on, so it's probably better for three people max. Having two bathrooms and two air conditioners is very convenient.

What they call the Elite Apart Hotel is actually a few separate rooms in a very strange, huge apartment building (one of the blocks of the Highvill residential complex). It feels a bit abandoned – the common corridors have cracks on the walls and ceiling, it's pretty dirty everywhere as if the floors aren't really cleaned, and you wait for the elevators for an incredibly long time. The code for the main entrance door to the building often doesn't work. There's no navigation inside the building, despite having different entrances and a very weird floor numbering system – it turns out D1 to D6 are parking levels, and then the residential floors start from 1. By the way, there’s no physical key for the room; you enter with a code, and I’m not sure if these codes are ever changed. We practically stumbled upon the reception, deep inside the 6th floor, in a room where part of it was covered with plastic film and undergoing renovation. The two-room apartment itself was generally okay, in better condition than the common areas of the building. It's large, as shown in the photos, well-equipped with plenty of amenities, but a bit worn in places – wallpaper peeling in some spots, laminate coming off the chipboard on some cabinets, and a window stopper torn off. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, and it was too hot. The room cleaning wasn't thorough – dust and hair in the pull-out sofa, stains on the bedspread, and dirt on the shower walls with some mold. We showed the dust and dirt to the manager; she took photos but didn't send any housekeepers. On the plus side, the location is very convenient. It's a 3-minute walk to the US Embassy, so many people stay there when coming for visa interviews.

We enjoyed it so much. The location was so good. And the house was super clean. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect location, lovely place, clean and quiet, great staff

Everything was great! It's a quiet and peaceful place to relax. Downstairs, there's a wonderful cafe with delicious food and a wide selection. The US Embassy and a large, beautiful mosque are nearby.

Very close to US embassy, at first time hard to find entry to the apartment reception.

The apartment was great. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked that there was ice in the freezer. But the toilet was truly a standout feature! It could do everything: wash, dry, and it even had a heated seat. All in all, we were very satisfied.

We booked the hotel through the app and paid immediately, then checked in in the evening upon arrival! It's located in an upscale area, and the view from the window is simply captivating! We loved everything about it! There's Wi-Fi, a private kitchen, heated floors, and the room was warm, I'd even say hot, we had to open the window! I highly recommend it…

Check in was easy, transportation was offered

This is my second time staying at the Elite Apart Hotel. It's the closest hotel to the US Embassy for my interview. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need for meals—a kettle, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. The bed linens are crisp white, and the pillow was a bit hard and high for me, but I adjusted. The mattress is excellent, and the windows have blackout curtains. The room is non-smoking, but there's a balcony. There's a TV with YouTube, and some rooms have a very large screen. The bathroom has a small toothbrush and toothpaste (in case anyone forgot to bring their own). A special treat is the fancy toilet with heating and various functions. Sorry, few people write about this in their reviews. 😀 The girls at the reception are friendly, help with all your questions, and can meet you at the airport (but it's more expensive than Yandex taxi). There are two minimarkets inside the residential complex - they don't accept Russian cards. You can exchange rubles for tenge nearby - the girls at the reception will tell you where. Downstairs in the building there is a delicious coffee shop - Coffe Boom - with delivery to your room. I like staying at the Elite-apart hotel, although there are cheaper hotels in the area. I feel comfortable and somehow calm here. I recommend it.
