The hotel is close to the yurt-shaped shopping mall (Khan Shatyr). A good 20-25 minutes walk to the Baiterek Tower. If I understand well it is the ex-Marriott hotel. Unfortunately, the new hotel management is not doing a good job to maintain the Marriott standard. Just a few examples: the safe was not working in my room. The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed in my hand as it got loose. At check-in I asked if I could have an early check-in, but I was told that check-in is only at 15:00. Not sure why this was not possible when there were free rooms from the previous night (I of course checked availability the evening before). I also asked for the possibility of late check-out. I was told I can keep the room until 14:00. The next morning this was down to 13:00. Not a big deal, but all these small things do add up so I am only giving you a solid 3 stars, not more!

Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes. Will definitely come back here when I visit Astana again

Our stay in a hotel was perfect. The staff was very polite and useful. The room was clean and cosy. İn the room, we had all things. The swimming pool is big and clean. The sauna and swimming pool included. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.

It was the best hotel I have stayed in kazakstan. The location is near to Khan shator. Service, room, aments etc, everything was fantastic

Technically it was my second stay at this hotel, cause I booked 2 nights separately: one night with breakfast included and another one without breakfast (since we needed to leave hotel early one the last day). Surely I sent special request to give us the same room and explained why did I make bookings separately. Hotel managers didn't check those request though. And when I mentioned it during check in they were surprised but promised that we can stay in the same room for the second day as well. But the second day when we were back to our room we found out our keys blocked 😅 and needed to go to the front desk to explain the third time our request. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly though. They didn't make our room second day and didn't leave water and other hygienic stuff but once we called to the front desk, everything were delivered to our room immediately. So overall our experience at the hotel was nice. I'd only ask hotel managers to improve the attention of their guests.
