The Veil Hotel lives up to its name. The dimly lit rooms feel shrouded in a veil.
Advertised as a suite, it's actually just an ordinary room – very ordinary indeed. No swimming pool, no gym, and the elevator broke down 2-3 times, causing great anxiety. The front desk staff showed no service awareness. I highly do not recommend this place.
Breakfast，The staff's English proficiency is very poor, making communication difficult.
The room design clearly had no experience—terrible job! So many pointless features, like twelve light switches scattered around the entire room. With so many interconnected switches, turning off the lights before bed becomes a frustrating challenge, wasting time as you fumble around trying each one.

Fantastic stay at The Veil. The room was perfect—spotless, quiet and very comfortable—and the staff were genuinely friendly. Special thanks to receptionists Turan, Assel, and Beksultan, and to Madina from the breakfast team, who was wonderful. I’ll gladly return.

1，這是個博物館，不太像酒店：設計極其奇葩，洗漱盆和衞生間是分開的，洗漱空間比較小。走廊比較暗，房間號要費勁找。一個房間裏有近20個大櫃子，不知道咋想的，還有兩個櫃子裏的燈不能無法關閉。床的對面是一個大櫃子，擺設有一些藝術品，背後是玻璃。
2，早餐要點餐，有點像餐館，味道還不錯

太垃圾了這酒店，水都不給多一瓶喝，房間還控制人數，一間房衹能一人入住，我和我老公去的，他説衹能一個人住，😂然後又補了一個人的費用
