Transportation: The parking lot and ferry terminal are conveniently located right next to McDonald's. Service: Our luggage was delivered directly from the ferry terminal to the hotel upon arrival, and then back to the terminal on the opposite bank when we checked out. Room: Spacious, a duplex, with a comfortable view of the garden. Breakfast: A great spread, and the croissants were excellent. Sailing: You can book boat trips at the terminal. We chartered a boat for 8 people for 1.5 hours at a cost of 1000 EGP.

Hotel a bit old or outdated. However location was very central and high security. Got to leave rather early for excursion and requested breakfast to go service and was told it not possible. You will have to bring your own bag/box to pack your own breakfast box.

The hotel and service were excellent. We rented 3 rooms while visiting the Aga Khan Mausoleum in Aswan. However, I must say that in Egypt, the porters and waiters are overly pushy and constantly focused on getting tips, which becomes very annoying.”

Fabulous view from our room and the restaurants, great food and a genuine inclination from the staff to help guests. We loved our 2 nights here. The deer enclosure is a treat. We also loved watching all the birds along the river bank.

Centrally located in Aswan. The only trouble is the need to travel across to Elephantine Island by shuttle boat to reach the hotel. But worth it with the beautiful view of the surroundings from the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved especially chairs/tables at the restaurant.
