今回は三代女３人旅での宿泊。 私は何度か宿泊してますが数年ぶりに来て夕食バイキングの質、量、種類が貧相でビックリしました。 【料理】 具なしのヤキソバ、銀杏だけの茶碗蒸し、見た目は茶色のものが多い。 刺身も焼き魚も不味い。 熱海で魚が不味いのは致命的です。 美味しいと思ったのは天ぷらぐらいでした。 料理に期待しすぎてガッカリ度が大きいです。 【客室】 アップグレード和室２間１０畳+６畳 オーシャンビュー 結果的に６畳の部屋は使用しなかったのでアップグレードにする必要はなかったと思いました。 オーシャンビューと言っても周りはホテルが密集してるのでたいして海は見えません。 ３人なら１０畳１部屋で充分だと思います。 【風呂】 時間を間違えると大変な混雑になります。 チェックイン後から夕食のまでの時間は平日でも大混雑。 脱衣場も大浴場も満員です。 朝は５時から入浴出来るので狙い目だと思います。 空いていればこちらの温泉は良いです。 あたみにはもう宿泊はしないと思います。 同じグループホテルなら伊東の方が全然良いです。

It does not have the thoughtful details of Japanese hotels, the decoration is sloppy, the sanitary ware is also made in China, it is not clean enough, the corridor has a fishy smell, and it is some way away from the sea. There is no WiFi, and I don’t even want to leave a bottle of mineral water. Unless you especially like seafood, the buffet is nice, but for people like us who are not greedy for food, it doesn't make sense.

It was a shame that it was so crowded during dinner that we couldn't enjoy a leisurely meal.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are typical with a tatami for sleeping. Access to the thermal bath is great! The buffet breakfast and dinner option is very good. A lot of choices. The hotel is well located. Very kind staff. I recommend.

The food was more satisfying than the last time I stayed. It was a kinme fair, but there were many different kinds of kinme-specific dishes, and they were all delicious. However, the bathroom was very disappointing. The changing room was spacious and clean, and the water smelled like a hot spring, so I went in with high expectations, but perhaps because the disinfectant was too strong, my fingertips were rough and my arms and legs were covered in white powder. I often go to Atami, but this was my first experience, and I had to be careful to apply moisturizing cream when I got home. It was a shame because I wanted to go in slowly. If I were to rate it based on the hot water alone, I would give it a 2-star rating, but I gave it a 4-star rating based on the cleanliness of the rooms and premises and the satisfaction of the food.

The location is excellent. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk from the station. The place is spacious and the room is big. Facing the sea, I feel very relaxed. There are many choices in the buffet food. The hot spring is also very comfortable. I will book it again.

Warm reception, clean room

Hotel has shuttle bus from the JR station. But is OK just to walk over as there are some small shops worth a look. Breakfast and dinner are good. With lot of Japanese traditional dishes. Hot spa and laundry is an add on plus with this reasonable price of the hotel. This is the hotel I stay every time when in Atami.

Although the facilities felt old, they were kept clean and you could feel the love the staff had for the hotel. The hot springs are just like a seaside hot spring and I am very satisfied. The only disappointing thing is the buffet food. Overall, the quality was commensurate with the price, but there were some dishes that were a little disappointing.

It's within walking distance of JR. The location is good. There are special seats for watching the fireworks. The hot spring pools are different in the morning and evening. Recommended
