The worst place you can ever go to Filthy hotel No higene , low level people No one is wearing swimming costume Restaurant's smelly poor air condition. Pool table and table tennis are broken, very bad room service No pillow cases nor towels first thing when we received the room and we haven’t received any til we left

- Delays in check in over two hours - No Towels in the room - No hot water in the room ensuite - No pillow covers x 4 pillows - Room phone is not working - Unhygienic bedrooms & Toilets - Power Cut twice in same day in all the hotel - Bad smell in restaurant & it's air condition not working in very hot weather - Facilities like pool/billiards broken cues and table & with added charge - No double beds available in all the hotel as advertised but only two single beds available - Hotel advertised as 4 stars but seems very unlikely - No parking was available except far from the hotel

Great place with great vibes and amenities. The water park is great and the beach is even better. The night shows are great for all ages. They had animals to look at which were a good treat. The room could have been set up better. The dinner was good.

Bad experience. Not recommended at all. No food alternatives. Restaurant staff very very rude except for mo3awad. It was like begging for more food if you are still hungry 😂 One of the chef's had many fights with the customers. Rooms are not clean. No tissues in bathroom and we requested it many times without any reply. Even the bathroom was smelly. They had a nice aqua and this was the only positive point in the hotel.

Terrible trip. The worst experience that you can ever imagine. No appliances (No AC, No Shower tape, dirty and stunning towels, no stove, unhealthy and unimaginable plates and kitchen tools We couldn't continue our trip. Ants inside furniture and room without ACs
