The air conditioner is smelly. Have spiders in room. Staffs are nice & helpful.

This is the worst overseas hotel booking I've ever had.
The hotel we booked looked beautiful in the photos, but when we arrived, it was an empty apartment; the moment we opened the door, a stench of dead rats hit us! We absolutely couldn't accept the hotel's condition. After reporting it, the hotel staff refused to give us a refund. We had no choice but to book another hotel!
We lost the cost of five nights' room service! It was truly awful!
I suggest the platform remove this hotel from the listings!
