The hotel is located in a shopping mall. From the parking lot, there is a small gate next to the police station. It is very difficult to find. The parking fee is 60 US dollars per night. It is said that the car windows of the parking lot next to it are often smashed. The hotel itself is nothing special, but the children watched Disney movies in the room and were charged US$28 for a movie. When I went home and looked at the bill, I found out that I had watched two movies. What a trap. Is there no parental protection or the like, or does it require confirmation? The hotel also charges for bottled water and it is not labeled. All in all, it’s a trap.

For the price of this, I would not recommend. It's a cool hotel, but the details were not there for what they charge. For $500+/night, I would expect there to be a robe, a minibar, more than one coffee pod, and for the TV to be in front of the bed, not next to it. For $200 or less, I would be fine with it. For $550, not so much.

This is my favorite place to stay in Atlanta. Many dining options (including a food hall) are very close. The room was nice and clean. The lobby bar turns very lively on Friday and Saturday night, almost like a lounge. I actually saw many celebrities walking around this hotel during my stay. The only con would be the price to park if you have a car, $60-$75 a day.

The Hotel room was great and most all the staff were friendly. However upon check-in the young lady at the front desk did not smile, did not welcome us, did not volunteer any information about the facilities - sort of robotic. What's your name, give me a credit card, here's your room key.
Also, if you have a car BEWARE there is a $69 fee to park your car here. I've never experienced such a high fee.
Again, the room was great and the Hotel is very clean and nice.

Overall stay was good. Entrees at restaurant left a lot to be desired. Appa and Drinks were a hit. Breakfast buffet ver overpriced for the powdered eggs and frozen potatoes. No sign to notify that there is a charge for it either.

Customer service was impeccably and the overall ambiance of the hotel was magical. On the weekends the lobby bar turns into a great place to listen to a dj while having drinks. Check in was a bit long however, our wait was acknowledged by Eric and he was able to smooth things over with his calming and professional demeanor. Now as far as the room it was semi clean...there were long pieces of hair on the bathroom floor and shower. The door to the bathroom was broken/off track, the bathroom sink was slow to drain and the handrail in the shower was broken. Not what you would expect from Hilton. It wasnt a deal breaker but certainly maybe not a revisit especially if you add the the over top price to valet a vehicle per night.
