Our stay was very unpleasant from the moment we arrived with our family. It took approximately one hour just to check in. Once we received our room, we found that it had not been properly cleaned for a long time, and there was a very unpleasant smell. I tried calling the number provided to request assistance, but no one answered. Our reservation was for a family of four, yet there was only one chair in the room. There was also no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom, and there were not enough pillows for our family. My husband went to the reception to ask for additional chairs, especially since we were traveling with children, but we were told that no extra chairs could be provided. Unfortunately, my children were also very disappointed with the pool rules. The children’s pool hours ended at 2 PM, which we found very restrictive, especially since our children were only able to go to the pool after 12 PM. We also could not stay on the terrace to enjoy the beach view because we had our children with us, which felt unfair and made it difficult for our family to enjoy the facilities. Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness, service, facilities, and the attitude of some of the staff. This experience did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, I do not think we will be visiting again

The room was very clean, however when my wife and I were unpacking after checking in an employee walked in without knocking and almost caught my wife coming out of the bathroom. He did not say sorry just "I didn't know anyone checked in, here is your iron broad". I was going to complain but my wife did not want me to get something started on her birthday. The room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. The air conditioning was okay, never went below 69 degrees when set to 60 and it being an average of 81 degrees. Also stated that it was my wife's birthday and anything information or help with dinner or places to go would help and never received a response. We had to leave early for an emergency and the front desk simply said okay good night. If it is a good price go for it, over wise try the trop or another hotel.

The room had 2 bathrooms and it quiet. Any request was fast with a smile. The location was accessible to any of the outer streets.If you want to do any side outside shopping and beyond the boardwalk. The boardwalk access was very easy.\nAnd everybody in a hotel was pretty much friendly. The management was well equipped and handled situations with a smile.And also accommodated , any situations that was unconvenient for the customer , at least they did for me. The staff with any problems and also followed up.If you needed anything.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the ******. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the ****** for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night ****** bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

Check in went smoothly. Facilities were clean.

Good location beside the beach and next to Hard Rock Hotel

Well located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.
