Un muy buen hotel con bonita vista y con un precio muy bueno y accesible, las habitaciones limpias y muy bonitas la ubicación está muy cerca del centro de cuetzalan por si gustas salir de noche a cenar queda muy cerca y el servicio también muy amables sin duda un hotel en el que volvería

Excelente atención de todos sus trabajadores, habitaciones limpias y bonitas, Agua caliente en regaderas. Buena ubicación, la comida en su terraza está muy rica,lo único malo es que al parecer no hay paquetes que incluya la comida, de ahí en fuera un 10

Sin duda alguna, de los mejores lugares para hospedarse ya que cuenta con una excelente ubicación y también con estacionamiento a unas 4 cuadras de ahí, pero el personal te ayuda con el equipaje 🛄, las habitaciones que siempre reservamos son las del balcón 8 y 9 ya que son familiares y con vista a la plazuela, todo el personal es muy amable los recepcionistas Ricardo y Angy siempre atentos, el hotel cuenta con restaurante y terraza con vista privilegiada así que por esto y muchas cosas mas es muy recomendado el hotel la plazuela.

Excelente servicio y atención por parte de todo su personal, siempre muy amables desde la reservación, hasta que abandonamos la habitación, las habitaciones limpias y todo muy bonito e higiénico, será mi hotel siempre que regrese. Súper recomendable
