The hotel is so beautiful, the breakfast in the restaurant is very good, the service is first-class, and there is also an Asian restaurant. The British butlers all speak English. Great experience for traveling. The hotel has a big swimming pool. There is also an outdoor restaurant

The hotel has an elegant environment, a swimming pool, gym and free of charge. The servers are warm, friendly and patient. Good value for money.

Our room was large, but needed updating. We would have expected a walk in shower, not shower in bath. Our room overlooked the garden and outside space for breakfast, but in the afternoons it was used for family photo shoots, weddings etc., which meant it wasn't peaceful. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly and polite. There was a choice of three restaurants and a fourth, the Bahai which was never mentioned, but did exist. I think the hotel is living on its past reputation. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a stunning property! The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the beds were so comfortable! The pool was amazing!
There was a little wear and tear. The carpet in our bedroom needed, at the very least, a good deep clean or, even better, replacing. Some of the towels had holes and were frayed. The blackout lining on the drapes was torn and let in a lot of sunlight. The robes were frayed and tired looking.
