Nice hotel and superb location. You can watch the sunrise by sitting on your balcony.
Amazing beach next to the hotel (10 minutes walk)
15 minutes ride to the Athens International Airport.

I was unable to reach the hotel. Location wise was a mystery. The driver charged me a $100 and when I found the hotel no receptionist. So I left.
Not even near the airport.

The hotel is located in a quiet seaside location, and there are several restaurants within a few to ten minutes' walk. I used it because the next day's flight was early in the morning, but the taxi fare I reserved was 25 euros one way. The road is a highway and a country road with a lot of bends. Arrive in about 15 minutes. Get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in the countryside atmosphere.

This little hotel has an amazing position. Just few steps from the sea, the area is so quiet that you can hear the sea waves and it is the best sound you can hear.
Very clean and cozy but at the same time really modern.

We loved our stay at the Cubes on the beach! I wish we had booked for an additional night. It had amazing views and was ultra modern! There was a sand beach right out front. The owner was so nice and he even provided us with some beach towels. Lovely place to stay near the airport and would easily book again if we come back. Highly recommended!

When we tried to go by taxi using ******* direction in Apple Maps, it sent use to a place 10-15 minutes walking away.
The manager plugged in Cubes on the beach and coordinates were correct. This is an ******* problem!

I chose the property because of its relative proximity to the airport as well as its being on the ocean. It didn’t disappoint. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and view from the patio fantastic. Room was eastward facing so caught a view of the beautiful sunrise over the water. 15 minute walk from a great seafood restaurant right on the beach in town.
Owner was very communicative and arranged pickup by driver at Athens airport at 01:00 for a reasonable price.
The only drawback would be the distance from tourist spots in central Athens. Getting to the acropolis via public bus and metro took approximately 1 1/2 hours in each direction. I knew this upfront however so was prepared. Closest bus stop is about a 5 minute walk away (as is a great coffee shop.)
100% recommend a stay at Cubes on the beach.
