This is really below average for an Ibis budget hotel . Firstly the air-conditioning in the room doesn’t work , one of the lift is permanently also not working . that’s a lot of long-term residence living in this hotel looks like a temporary housing for ethnic people than an actual hotel.

The front desk reception and room service are very friendly. The room is clean and bright. There is an Auchan supermarket and a fried chicken fast food restaurant downstairs. It is also very close to the subway station Line 12.

Decent hotel, very attractive price
The hotel is located near the Aubervilliers wholesale zone and near the metro and buses.
The neighborhood is well served. There are shops and restaurants so easy to access.
The staff was friendly
The rooms are clean and correct

Sorry, the room is tied with tissue and towels... There is no hairdryer, and the staff is extremely unresponsive... There is no sound insulation in the room, I don't recommend...
