333lThe service was satisfactory, and check-in and check-out were quick. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast offered a good variety. It's very convenient for domestic and international transfers at Auckland Airport. The nearby outlet mall is great for shopping if you have time, especially for those who enjoy shopping or need to buy clothes and gear for their trip, as outdoor casual wear is easy to find. A large supermarket is not far away, and there are many dining options including McDonald's, KFC, and several other restaurants. The hotel's room service food was delicious. On the second floor of the international terminal, outside security, there are many food options, including noodle soup. In the domestic terminal, near gate one, there's Subway and a coffee shop for breakfast.

RousiliangmianI was sending my son off to the University of Auckland in New Zealand. The hotel is quite close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk, and also about a 10-minute walk from the University of Auckland. The hotel's breakfast was decent, and the service was excellent. We even received a welcome fruit platter on the day of check-in.

Guest UserWe checked in late in the night. We needed an extra bed in our room and Front desk did not say no even though Hoise keeping was not available. 10 stars to the hospitality! Rooms were big enough, hotel within walking distance to Sky tower. All in all everything was superb!

Yike98Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the lobby feels very spacious. The bathroom is huge and even has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak to relieve fatigue.
Cleanliness: The room and even the hallway railings felt dust-free, which was great.
Environment: The environment is comfortable, and there's even a swimming pool.
Service: Excellent service. They proactively helped carry my luggage to the room. Parking was also convenient.

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.

This hotel is located slightly north of Auckland city center and is an apartment-style hotel with relatively complete facilities. The rooms are equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, and electric stove, suitable for multi-day stays or those who want to save money and cook their own meals. The overall facilities are new and the conditions are good.
However, please pay special attention to the following points during check-in, sharing my own experiences to prevent future guests from encountering the same problems:
1️⃣ Purchase a SIM card that allows international calls and internet access.
2️⃣ Complete check-in in advance.
3️⃣ Fill in all names completely.
4️⃣ Save the hotel's backup email address.
Specifically, here are some points:
1️⃣ The front desk is not open 24 hours.
The hotel is unattended outside of working hours (such as at night). When I arrived at 6:30 pm, the front desk was already closed, and I could only contact staff through the contact number (international long-distance) left on the door. Therefore, it is recommended to confirm your arrival time in advance and try to arrive during working hours.
2️⃣ Online check-in must be completed in advance. The hotel will send an email in advance requesting you to fill in your check-in information. Please be sure to fill in the full names of all guests. Even if the names are registered with Ctrip, they won't be found if they aren't entered; only the names registered online will be searchable. I only filled in one guest's name, which caused the staff to be unable to match the order when they called to check in, affecting check-in. They insisted I confirm via email.
3️⃣ It's recommended to prepare a SIM card that can make international calls.
If you arrive outside of working hours, you need to call the phone provided at the entrance to contact staff. After I called myself, I also asked Ctrip for help, but they could only try. In the end, I had to contact the apartment and send the email myself. However, Ctrip was helpful and actively assisted. It's recommended to prepare a SIM card that can make international calls and access the internet for timely communication and email.
4️⃣ Keep an eye on the hotel's backup email address.
If you encounter problems with email communication, try contacting the hotel's booking email address (usually starting with reserve@, which is available on Ctrip). The response will be faster. The staff read me an email address over the phone, which was incorrect.
Overall, the hotel's facilities are good, but the check-in process needs to be prepared and confirmed in advance. We recommend that you complete all online procedures before departure and save the hotel's contact information to avoid affecting check-in when you arrive in the evening.

Taogekanshijie[”**Version 1 (Short & Sweet):**\nSuper satisfied with our transit stay! The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft – I slept wonderfully. The free airport shuttle was so convenient, a real lifesaver for those with connecting flights or catching an early plane. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center; for pure sightseeing, staying downtown would be better. But for a transit stop, this place gets a full recommendation!”,”**Version 2 (Balanced & Honest):**\nThe overall hotel experience was good. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the mattress was soft and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long flight. The free airport shuttle service was the biggest highlight, saving both hassle and taxi fares. The location is indeed a bit out of the way and far from the city center, so it's not ideal for sightseeing or shopping. However, for a one-night transit stay, it's definitely a top choice and offers great value for money.”,”**Version 3 (Heartfelt Praise):**\nThis hotel is perfectly suited for an airport layover! The room was big enough, and the bedding was soft, making for a great night's sleep. The best part was the free round-trip airport shuttle – such thoughtful service, no need to fuss with taxis. The location is a bit far from the city center, making it less convenient for tourism, but for catching an early flight or a transit stay, it's truly excellent. Highly recommended for fellow frequent flyers!”]

Guest UserCouldnt find a kettle to make cup of tea, the detail in the email of the bus stop location at the airport needs changing because its stop D not C for the yellow bus, the room had a weird chemical smell and was freezing but 2 little oil heaters that had seen better days were provided of which i kindve fixed by doing up the screws because hot heater sitting on carpet is fire risk (room 66). Service was excellent, bed was good, super cheap. Good for what I paid for, no complaints. You need a place to crash, this is fine. Dinner is decent. Shower is hot.
