Abstract Hotel

Room was compact but comfortable, quiet too so I slept well. The lack of air conditioning can make this hotel quite uncomfortable on a muggy day so I needed to blast the fan. Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working so I had to take a cold shower, the front staff seemed aware of this before I even mentioned it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and atmosphere of this hotel is great! Would happily stay again😊

The front desk staff were helpful. Car parking was made available although we have to pay. Quite near to the city centre hence interesting venues.

Location is ok, nearby 24hrs convenience store and you can get Ur daily necessity easily, but tks note sale of alcohol stops at 9pm from alcohol shops , alcohol not available at convenience store, but few nearby pubs only, need to travel to go clubbing/bars. I went on a Monday and back on Fri, early part of week some shops are closed, they open near to weekend from Thur to Sunday . As for abstract hotel itself, I went there and was surprised to know that no dental kits available in room, but you can request it at the reception. I book a tour which requires me to leave my room at 6am, I bought cup noodles for my bf, but unfortunately for me, kettle not in working condition, to my shock, the reception guy told me use tap water which got hiot water ,but is not hot enough to cook my cup noodles, dont even know how he can suggest that , I travel as a solo pax, still can stay if you are not fussy, but I think for family wise ,is a question mark, btw the water pressure is so so, not those strong pressure if you are looking for one, still can use but not strong though.

Great small hotel. The rooms are a bit small but the place is clean and modern. Convenient location.

We had a great 4 night stay. Very friendly staff, absolutely the best food served at the restaurant I can  highly recommend this hotel.to anyone looking to stay in north Auckland   The room was extremely clean and we had a great view.  Thank you.
