Just a few minutes walk to the big shopping mall nearby, very convenient. Also quiet nice environment

The location is convenient. Parking is provided. Access could be better, as I have to key in passcodes every time I have to access the doors and lift. Maybe NFC access with phone or RFID card. Over really enjoy the stay. It is spacious and clean.

地理位置優越，奧克蘭中去去哪裡都方便，旁邊是Sylvia park 商場，還有超市pak’n save，吃逛都齊全。酒店公寓還配有露天停車位，免費的。公寓很新很乾凈，有廚房，卧室，衞浴，冰箱，洗衣機乾衣機，吹風筒，一應俱全。出入按密碼，小區大門，電梯，自己公寓房門，都是密碼，非常安全。酒店不配備拖鞋，需要自己帶拖鞋。
價格比市中心酒店便宜一點，但性價比跟幸福指數高太多。

There was a major power outage and I arrived late at night to a dark cold apartment that I couldn’t access. Urban rest had failed to inform me that the power was still out and as a result I turned up at work the next day crumpled and hungry . The info regarding how to get in once the power was on was slightly incomplete as well. Worth noting, that despite this will be staying again

Property was well appointed, clean, neat and modern. The included welcome chocolate and cooking basics were fantastic. House keeping presented the place beautifully.

It is secure,quiet and all the ameneties are a walking distance. The Apartments are extremely clean.The one aspects that surprised me was
1. I had been charged for the apartment three weeks before my visit.
