Pretty great, the location was good. 2 minutes drive from major supermarkets (Pak n Save and Westfield) and close to asian easteries. Free parking on site.

For what we paid it was really good. Pretty run down and old but everything was clean. Very close to a huge selection of great food and the big mall. Easy to get to from the motorway. Was half the price of the next hotels so can't complain.

The room was adequate. A lot of marks over the walls, under the bed had rubbish, so not vacuumed. Bathroom light was fault and kept flickering, we found stains on the bed under the sheets. Cleaning lady mopped the floor with a towel under her shoe. Also the toilet seat was cracked so every time someone sat down it would pinch the leg. Also, one of the seat seats for the dining table is broken and I almost fell off the seat. I give it three stars because of the staff I spoke to and I needed a place to sleep.
