Bed sheets hair dusty …bedding was not clean enough. Bathroom was okay.

Reception closed despite official opening hours. They forgot to prepare the sofa bed. We had to phone someone to bring the necessary bed linen and reposition the whole sofa and do everything ourselves. One of the towels was dirty. Place was generally quite noisy

Absolutely terrible experience. Customer service was awful. We had phoned to check in the day before as requested by the receptionist when we booked well in advance, but were told not to bother and to call when we arrived and someone would come find us as no front desk. We called when arrived, got told to wait in our car, waited well over 20 minutes, no one ever came, so we eventually went for a look around and managed to find a guy who was supposed to give us our key, he could hardly speak a word of English and there was a woman remotely controlling his computer to process payments and access to our room, telling him what to say over the phone. Then we got told we have to pay an extra $100 fee which we were not advised about. Room was pretty bad, toilet didn’t flush and water pressure was terrible, floors were sticky and greasy. The guy who gave us the key told us check out was at 11am, then next morning at 9:50 am two ladies were knocking loudly on our door calling ‘are you checked out yet?’ ‘You need to check out so we can clean’ so we quickly finished packing up and left, but were very frustrated with the terrible service. The ladies were walking along banging on all the doors at that time in the morning and had the cleaning trolleys by the door waiting to come in. We emailed to get our bond back but had no response or payment until a few days later (we’d been told it would be processed the day we checked out) Horrible experience and waste of money, Do not recommend.

Upon self check in, we found the room we were given, only had bedding for 3 guests, when we had booked for 4. Called the ph number and they quickly transferred us to a different room. New room had been cleaned and turned over at some point, but obviously hadnt been checked in awhile, as had to walk through cobwebs everywhere. Was also dead sandflys in the bathroom sink, cupboard shelves, and on the beds. Not the nicest thing to find in a room really. Room was tidy other than that and reasonably spacious for our family, but walking through cobwebs, especially for the kids, was pretty gross. Should probably inspect rooms before checking people into them. Wont be back again.

Roller blind in kitchen jammed in rolled up position, until I removed the blind & untangled the chain. Water on the floor from what may be a leak in the shower plumbing. Needs URGENT attention. Plant at the front area of the carpark needs cutting back from the parking area. Outside room #7

For the price it was ok. But the first room I was given still had some guests stuff in so they clearly had not left. It was sorted fairly promptly and I was given a new room. The place was mostly clean but old and in poor repair and there seemed to be people mulling around outside and chatting and playing music after midnight. Not suitable for a business stay. Ok for a short family stopover or boys weekend beds. But nothing particularly good about the place.

Staff were great, helpful, and accommodating. Close to beach, shops, restaurants.

I booked a room at this place for 5 nights. The worst stays I've ever had not only was the service bad but there were ants in the kitchen on the table, the bedding was ripped and never changed. while I was there with my 2 kids, I couldn't vacuum after ourselves cause there was none in our room I paid a cleaning fee for nothing tried to get in touch with them about multiple things that needed fixing cause it was a safety hazard. Bins weren't empty for the last 2days we were there. Then when I got a hold of them on the phone they asked me if I was from work and income like what are you for real right now I booked this room is that why we didn't get our room cleaned or fix. The spa OUT OF ORDER The playground just two swings DO NOT USE The laundry is ALWAYS BEING USED The pool OUT OF ORDER NO RECEPTION PERSON THERE EVER

We tried to get into the motel with my reservation but no one came to open the motel office for any service. This was 11:30 pm on Sept.10 we had traveled 6hrs to get there. We are senior citizens and continued with our journey but stopped some time later and slept in the car which was very uncomfortable. Pathetic service for tourists.
