This praise is not given to the boss, but to several service personnel. When I checked out on March 10, I forgot the wallet with Australian dollar cash and bank card in the room. When I went to the hotel again, my wallet was still there. In particular, I would like to thank a male young staff member who works on Sunday. I explained the situation, he took me to the room to find it, and found it. Thank you very much for this young man. Send this praise to him and other service staff. Thank you!

This hotel owner is incredibly ruthless. I stayed here for 15 days, and for some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to check out on the last few days. He wouldn't give me a single cent back. Most guests only stay for 1-2 days, but I stayed for 15 straight days, and he wouldn't give me a refund for the last few days. Mr. Boss, you can't just focus on money!

There was no staff. The room was ok, bed comfortable, clean bathroom. The curtains were terrible and with an outside light on all night it was annoying. I didnt like the fact they had a full page of rules cellotaped to the kitchen wall with one rule being do your dishes, dry and put them away otherwise you will be charged $30! who does that! If you intend on a late arrival make sure you call ahead and get the passcode for the lockbox where the keys are, as we could not raise a real person after 5pm I would not stay here again

The check in system maybe be a little difficult for some especially if arriving after dark. However a very nice property fit for purpose.

We have stayed 3 times now. We stay with 3 adults and 3 children. The two bedroom unit is spacious and having an oven is very helpful and the fridge is big (ie not a bar size) It's been very clean each time we have been. We will be back again.
