Quirky hotel ,lovely and clean good comfy beds, very quiet for an airport hotel. Has a swimming pool and sunbeds. Food was good ,service was frankly bad.Evening meal. Main course arrived without the rice that should accompany it, we asked for it after ten minutes wait, still didn't arrive immediately. Ordered a desert , never arrived after fifteen minutes. I finally asked the manager, he brought it out but think it may have been reheated. Breakfast, excellent choice and quality,but when ordered coffees, either they took a very long time to come or the order was wrong. Tables were not cleared promptly. Not enough plates available.
So what could have been a fabulous experience definitely had the shine taken off.

Keep going back, very well situated to airport, Westfield mall, Sylvia Park Mall. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are always kind and professional.

Very friendly and helpful at check in. Not a great selection of food in restaurant but what I did have was nice enough. Clean and quite room. Enjoyed a soak in bath. Would stay again.

Quite a long walk to our room which is exhausting given that we have luggages that we needed to carry ourselves. But other that, it was a good stay and clean rooms.

We've stayed at the Naumi a few times prior to and after international flights....and the convenience of location and transport to and from hotel to airports are the reason why.
The hotel itself is clean and has great amenities. Although we scored a room with a broken extract fan, which kept making a loud disruptive noise intermittently throughout the night.
Usually service is great.
However, this time we found it subpar, with bar staff ignoring us completely when we were standing at the bar for service.
Other than the subpar experience with service this time. We will be back, convenience to airports is just too good.

Hotel in very good location, lots of carpark and clean. Room is spacious toilet is clean. One minor thing the aircon is too cold even i turn up high😅

Easy check in. Front desk customer service is awesome! Only one entrance to the hotel which meant the carpark was far away from our room. The foyer had an off stench every time you walked in. The room was great, especially for what we paid for it. The buffet breakfast closes earlier in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed at so we didn’t get to enjoy brunch for long. Also would be beneficial to have a little sign for items you can order somewhere near the buffet as we didn’t know you could order hashbrowns. The only hassle we had was housekeeping. 2 days we had left early and arrived late to our room not done and the sign still on the door. One of those days, we had popped back in to pick up some clothes and housekeeping was outside our room when we came out. Excuse the guitar in the pic, was taking a shot for something else but here’s a snippet of the decor.
